How about using them as background images? Yes thats fine but you MUST link back to my DA page and say I'm the one that made the images.
Can I trace your drawings?no! you may however use them for referencing poses. As long as you learn from it and don't use it as a crutch. I don't want to see your whole gallery filled with poses I've made. You also MUST credit me and link back to the picture you referenced from. If I don't have it posted on deviant then you may not use it.
May I alter your work in any way? (add glitter, crop or resize them) no!
Can I use your art for my desktop wallpaper? Yes you may.
Can I alter it then? If you must. But if I see the altered version online I'm coming after you.
Can I post your art on 4chan or anywhere else online? only if you credit me. Linking to my DA page is always a plus.
May I claim your art as my own? Only if you want to cause lots of trouble for yourself! ^^
TOOLSFor paper I mainly use mechanical pencil and tria and copic markers. Use google for any info on those. If I use any other type of media I will say so in my descriptions.
For computer I use Open canvas1 and 3 and photoshop7. You can get open canvas1 free by searching for it on google.
I use open canvas to ink or "paint" and photoshop to cel shade.
I work with a wacom intuos tablet and a cintiq.

Why do you have critique discouraged set? Don't worry about me
I'm getting by fine the way things are. And If having this set bothers you just find another gallery to share your wisdom with. Please respect my wishes and I'll respect yours.
Why do you disable your comments!? It really helps with managing my time. This is an online gallery. If you can't comment on my stuff at least you can still look at it. I like sharing my art. Just as much as I like you sharing it with me. I won't get my panties in a twist if I can't comment on your arts. I'm just happy I get to oggle them ^^
Why do you draw so many sexy girls? Are you a lesbian?: I am not a lesbian! I might be bi, I dunno. I just find girls to be one of the cutest things on the planet honestly :3

Will you critique my stuff?: I will give you positive critiques if I comment on your art in general. I like giving good feedback. But I'd rather not get notes about this. There a tons of places you can go to to get critiques. so if you could refrain from ASKING me to critique your stuff I would appreciate it.
Why aren't you responding to my notes!?: well uhm to tell you the truth. I'm horrible at replying to notes. I try my best but sometimes I forget people send them to me. I click and go ouh Ill reply later and then totally forget 'x'

Did you go to College?: No, never had the time. still don't :\ I'd love to tho.
Did you ever take art classes?: Like maybe 2 years in high school but they were shit. My art teacher rarely encouraged me and the only critiques I ever got were "needs more contrast and NEVER OUTLINE A DRAWING. I have obviously fixed this contrast problem but oh fuck you to no outlining. Outlining art is wonderful.
Do you ever use reference for your drawings? I use character sheet reference if I'm drawing someones character, but all poses and expressions come from my head. And if I have a particular coloring style in mind I'll look through my folder of art and try to mimic it. (HTK coloring for instance)
When did you start drawing?: Since I could pick up a pencil. But I started drawing people when I was 12. Before that I only drew horses and wolves and foxes haha.

Can we talk on AIM? I don't give out my AIM or MSN unless we've been talking for awhile through da. (that doesn't mean through notes) That means through journals and replies to comments etc. But just because we seem like we're on good terms does not mean I want to talk to you on AIM. I suggest letting me ask you first.
Can we be friends? If I gave you my AIM it generally means I like you enough to WANT to become your friend. I suggest not asking me this question in general.
OTHERbe politeI do not agree with the idea of letting people treat you like crap because thats just how life is. The same goes for art. I don't think its right to ever be rude about commenting. Just because we're artists and we should be used to negative feedback doesn't mean we SHOULD receive it in a rude way. There are ways to give people your opinion without being rude about it. Like getting a new haircut, people know that its rude to just say it looks stupid or that you don't like it. I don't see why commenting on art should be any different. Its pure common sense to be polite when telling someone what you think about their picture. Just be respectful. Its really that simple. Just because you're ok with people being rude to you doesn't mean other people are ok with it. So please think before you comment.
